Our average delivery time on standard shipping is 2-6 business days worldwide. Online orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Sweden, during operating hours Monday - Friday. During the holiday season and other bank holidays in Sweden orders may not be dispatched as often.

Once the order has been placed you will easily be able to track it on your account. You will also be able to find a way to track the order using the "Track my order" link in the footer if you do not have an account set up.

If at any time within 30 days of receiving your order, you are not 100% satisfied, you may return it to us for a refund. The product(s) has to be in unaltered condition, with the original hangtags attached. The product(s) must not have been used. The product must be returned in the same way as when you received it.
