At Void Cycling, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your performance gear. If your purchase isn’t exactly what you expected, our flexible 60-day return policy gives you plenty of time to decide.

Return Eligibility & Conditions

To qualify for a full refund, please ensure your returned items meet the following "as-new" standards:

  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 60 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition: Products must be in their original, unaltered condition.

  • Packaging: All original tags must remain attached.

  • Usage: Items must be unused and returned in the same condition as delivered.

We believe in transparent pricing. When you return an item, a flat return handling fee is deducted from your refund, but we refund your original shipping costs to balance it out.

To receive a full refund, ensure your gear meets these standards:

  • Unused Condition: The item or order must be returned in its original, unused state.

  • Original Packaging: All items must be returned in their undamaged original packaging (if included).

How to Return Your Package

Follow these simple steps to return your cycling apparel safely. Proper packaging ensures your gear remains in top condition and speeds up your refund.

Step-by-Step Return Process

  1. Pack Your Gear: Place the items in a secure, well-packed parcel. Use the original packaging whenever possible to ensure the items are protected during transit.

  2. Attach the Label: Affix the return shipping label clearly to the outside of the package.

  3. Drop Off: Deliver the parcel to your nearest authorized service point/agent.

Missing Your Label?

If you have lost your return shipping label, don't worry. Simply contact our support team at customerservice@voidcycling.com, and we will assist you in generating a new one.

Return Fees & Refunds

At Void Cycling, we aim to make the return process for your cycling gear as transparent as possible. Please note the following terms regarding return costs and shipping refunds.

Return Fees

A fixed return handling fee is deducted from your refund to cover the return shipping costs:

  • Orders within Sweden: 79 SEK

  • Orders outside of Sweden: 15 EUR

Full Shipping Refunds

Full Returns: The original shipping fee is fully refunded if your entire order is returned to us.

Partial Returns: If you choose to keep one or more products from your order, the shipping fee will not be refunded.

Order Cancellations

Because we prioritize rapid delivery, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed. To avoid "unclaimed shipment" fees, we recommend that you:

  1. Collect your package from the service point.

  2. Initiate a return once you have received the items.

Extended 60-Day Right of Return

While the standard legal requirement is 14 days, we offer an extended 60-day return period for our global cycling community.

  • The Deadline: You must notify us of your intent to return within 60 days of receiving your order.

  • Return Window: Once you have notified us, the items must be shipped back within 14 days.

Value Deduction Policy on Returns

To ensure we can continue providing high-quality, cycling gear to our community, all returned items must be in resalable condition.

We reserve the right to apply a value deduction of up to 100% if the returned products do not meet our quality standards.

Criteria for Value Deduction

To receive a full refund, avoid the following:

  • Used or Damaged Items: Any signs of wear, scratches, or use on the road.

  • Missing Components: All labels, tags, and manuals must be attached and included.

  • Damaged Original Packaging: The original box must be intact. Do not apply tape, labels, or stamps directly to the product's original packaging.

  • Improper Packing: Returns must be sent in a protective outer shipping box.

  • Unsanitary Packaging: We cannot process returns sent in unhygienic containers (e.g., old food packaging).

Protecting Your Refund

Always use outer packaging when shipping your return to protect the original product box. Small damages or missing parts will be assessed and charged based on the extent of the impact on the product's value.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

To maintain our high standards for hygiene and product integrity, certain items within our cycling range are exempt from the standard 60-day return policy.

Non-Returnable Items

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following:

  • Custom Gear: Any products manufactured or altered according to your specific requirements or personal measurements.

  • Hygiene & Underwear: For health and safety reasons, the sealing on hygiene items and underwear must remain intact. Returns cannot be accepted if the seal is broken.

  • Nutrition & Supplements: Perishable goods such as energy bars, gels, and dietary supplements are generally exempt.

    • Note: Unopened and fully sealed packages of supplements are eligible for return within the standard window.

Returns of Promotional Items & Gifts

If you received a free gift as part of a promotion (e.g., "buy a jacket, get a cap for free" or reaching a specific cart value):

  • The purchased item cannot be returned unless the free gift is also returned.

  • Refunds will not be issued if the paid item is returned alone.
