Orders

Where is my order?

When we've shipped your order you'll receive an email from us about it. In the email you'll find which carrier we shipped your order with and your tracking number. The tracking number can be used on the carrier website. To view all orders and tracking number please log into your account.

Can I add items to my order?

If you'd like to order more items please contact us at customerservice@voidcycling.com as soon as possible so we can assist you. We’ll make every effort to help you with your request in time. However, keep in mind that we strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible and can’t cancel or edit an order once it has entered the shipping process.

I received the wrong item!

We do everything possible to assure that you get your correct items as quickly as possible but we're all humans and an error can happen. If you received the wrong item please contact customerservice@uswe.com as soon as possible and we'll make sure to take care of the issue and get you the correct item as soon as possible.

I want to cancel my order!

If you’d like to cancel your order, please contact customer service at customerservice@uswe.com as soon as possible during our operating hours (08:00 AM - 04:00 PM CEST (Central European Standard Time). We’ll make every effort to help you with your request in time. Please keep in mind that we try our best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible and can’t cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We want you to be totally psyched about the product(s) you purchase from USWE’s webstore at uswe.com. If at any time within 30 days of receiving your order, you are not 100% satisfied, you may return it to us for a refund.

The product(s) has to be in unaltered condition, with the original hangtags attached. The product(s) must not have been used. The product must be returned in the same way as when you received it.

When a return is initiated and accepted through our self-service portal, a return label will also be supplied (Free for USA & Sweden, other countries will be deducted $15/£15/Є15/150kr of the refund for the shipping label), which you can use to send the return back to us. Please note that returned items must be unused, if the bladder has been used or the plastic seals have been removed, the retail price of this bladder will be deducted from the refund. If the backpack has been used for exercise, a larger part of the refund might be deducted as well due to the fact that the product is no longer resellable.

How do I make a return?

To make a return please follow these steps:

1. Follow the steps in our return portal (link in footer).
2. Make sure the returned item(s) are securely wrapped. The package is your responsibility until it is received by us.
3. Stick the supplied shipping label onto the package you are returning.
4. Ship it.
5. Wait for your refund.

Warranty

What is covered under warranty?

We always stand behind our products and that’s why all our products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase.

How do I make a return?

To make a return please follow these steps:

2. Make sure the returned item(s) are securely wrapped. The package is your responsibility until it is received by us.
3. Stick the supplied shipping label onto the package you are returning.
4. Ship it.
