Orders

Where is my order?

When we've shipped your order you'll receive an email from us about it. In the email you'll find which carrier we shipped your order with and your tracking number. The tracking number can be used on the carrier website. To view all orders and tracking number please log into your account.

Can I add items to my order?

If you'd like to order more items please contact us at customerservice@voidcycling.com as soon as possible so we can assist you. We’ll make every effort to help you with your request in time. However, keep in mind that we strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible and can’t cancel or edit an order once it has been processed at the warehouse.

I want to cancel my order!

If you’d like to cancel your order, please contact customer service at customerservice@voidcycling.com as soon as possible. We’ll make every effort to help you with your request in time. Please keep in mind that we try our best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible and can’t cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We want you to be totally psyched about the product(s) you purchase from Void webstore at Voidcycling.com. If at any time within 60 days of receiving your order, you are not 100% satisfied, you may return it to us for a refund.

The product(s) has to be in unaltered condition, with the original hangtags attached. The product(s) must not have been used. The product must be returned in the same way as when you received it.

When initiating a return, you must first contact our customer service team. They will provide you with a QR code that can be used to generate a return shipping label. Please note that it is not permitted to use your own shipping label — all returns must be processed through our provided return system.

A return shipping fee of €12 / 79 SEK will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be unused and in original condition.
Refunds are processed within 14 days after we have received and approved your return.

How do I make a return?

Make sure the returned item(s) are securely wrapped. The package remains your responsibility until it has been received and processed by us.

Once you receive your return label or QR code from customer service, print it or scan the QR code at a designated drop-off location.

Drop off the package according to the instructions provided with your return label.

Warranty

What is covered under warranty?

We always stand behind our products and that’s why all our products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase.
