When an order is placed and paid, you will receive an order confirmation to your e-mail. Your order will be sent to the address given when placing the order.
Orders are processed and sent out within 2 working days. Orders within Sweden are sent with PostNord. International orders are sent with UPS. Delivery times may vary and depend on destination.

Sweden: Free shipping on orders over 1000 SEK. Otherwise shipping fee of 68 SEK.
EU: Free shipping on orders over 120 EUR. Otherwise shipping fee of 12 EUR.
United Kingdom: Free shipping on orders over 100 GBP. Otherwise shipping fee of 10 GBP.
Rest of Europe: Free shipping on orders over 200 EUR. Otherwise shipping fee of 12 EUR.
Rest of World: Free shipping on orders over 250 USD. Otherwise shipping fee of 35 USD.
When ordering from countries outside the EU and Worldwide, you will need to pay import Tax and Duty according to the local rules in your country at the delivery of your order.
If, for any reason, you would like to return your items, you are welcome to do so within 14 days from when you received your package. The item(s) you return must be in the same condition they were delivered in: unused and unwashed. If your order was incorrect or faulty please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You are responsible for the item(s) until we receive them.
Once we have received the item(s), a refund will be issued for the returned item(s) minus the return shipping costs (68 SEK within Sweden, €12 within Europe (£10 from United Kingdom), $35 for Rest of World), within 7-12 working days.
To return an item:
1. Fill in the return form.
2. Pack the return form together with the item(s) including all original product packaging and labelling.
3. Stick the pre-paid return label to the package.
4. Post the package through your nearest post office. (Sweden: PostNord, elsewhere: UPS)
Note: If you are returning items from outside the EU, you will need a customs form. Send an email to email@example.com and we will create one for you.
For an exchange (e.g. for a different size, colour) place a new order and return the other item(s) as above.
We can only match prices for items based on prices on our own website, and not based on prices our retail partners have. If you have placed an order with an item at full price, and we reduce the item in price within 14 days from when you received your package, you can contact us to receive a voucher for the difference in value. However, the product you bought and the product that has been reduced in price must be in stock in the same colour and size as the one you purchased.
We respect and value your privacy and integrity. Hence, no personal information will be sold, given or transferred in any way to a third party. However, by using this site you give VOID your consent and the right to use your information internally and for marketing purposes. VOID is wholly owned by WearColour Sweden AB (org. no. 556804-0397). You have the right to take part of the registered information about you, upon request. If the information should be found to be incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate, you have the right to demand that the information is corrected or deleted. All payments are handled over secure connections with our PSP. No credit card information is passed or handled on our servers. This information is entered on secure pages hosted by our Payment Service Provider, DIBS and PayPal.
All payments placed on voidcycling.com are secure and encrypted. Your payment information is not stored by, or visible to, anyone employed at VOID. All orders are charged in the currency of the store region where the order will be sent to; Sweden: SEK, EU: EUR, Rest of Europe: EUR, Rest of World: USD. You will be charged for your order once the order has been placed.
We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for any reason, for example, products being out of stock, incorrect pricing. If your order (or any part of your order) is cancelled, we will contact you and issue a full refund.

As a Swedish company, all purchases made through voidcycling.com are covered by Swedish law and as such, any products that you have purchased directly from us that are faulty or defective have a guarantee period of up to three years.
