References to these terms of service “Terms”, reference to “us” or “we” are to USWE Sports AB Org. nr 556566-0601, Bronsaldersgatan 1, SE-21376 Malmo, Sweden (“VOID Cycling”) and references to the “Website” are to voidcycling.com. Please read all of these Terms carefully before using our website or placing an order with us. If there are any of the provisions of these Terms that you don’t understand, please contact us for further clarification.

The following Terms apply to all content and activity on our website as well as any correspondence by email between you and us. Our Privacy and cookies policy is not part of these terms but should also be read for clarification on data collection. Some parts of our website may also contain additional provisions which apply in addition to these terms.
We reserve the right to change the Terms at any time in which case the new or changed terms will apply from the date that we post them. Orders that we have already accepted before the new Terms are posted will continue to be subject to the Terms in place when your order was made.

By using our site you agree to our Terms and to only use the website in a manner that complies with all applicable laws and regulations and is consistent with these Terms and doesn’t infringe on the rights of anyone else, nor restrict their use and enjoyment of our site (including, amongst other things, hacking). We reserve the right in our sole discretion to deny any user access to our website without prior notice.

Our site may contain links to other third party websites. Such links are provided for your convenience only. We don’t control those websites and aren’t responsible for their contents. The links does not imply endorsement of the material on those websites nor any association with their operators. - Law & Jurisdiction
The Terms, use of website, supply of products and services by us are governed by and to be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law. Any disputes will be settled by the Swedish courts.
Orders & Payment
Prices on voidcycling.com is displayed in SEK (Kr) and is including VAT and duties. The price you pay for your product is the price displayed on our site at the time we receive your order apart from where an error has occurred in displaying the price. We do our very best to ensure that all prices on our site are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of products you have ordered we will inform you about the cancellation of the item or cancellation of order. We reserve the right to change our prices due to changes in exchange rates or changes in the market.
Orders for products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to refuse to supply to any individual or company at any time.
Shortly after we receive your order, we will acknowledge it by email, detailing the products you have ordered. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the details provided on the order form. If any information is incorrect please contact Customer Service immediately.
We process orders on our website using Klarna. All information and Klarna’s user terms can be found here. General information on Klarna you can find here. Your personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection law and in accordance with the information in Klarna’s privacy statement.
- Agreement & Cancellation
The agreement of purchase is reached when your payment has been transferred. The order may be cancelled until it’s shipped form our warehouse in which the order can no longer be cancelled. In order to receive a refund from your order after the shipment has been made the order must be returned to us using our return policy.
- Discounts & Codes
All discount codes are applied to the value of the order excluding delivery cost if not stated otherwise. Unless explicitly stated, discount codes cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions, including Outlet products.
Discount codes may be limited to redemption in respect of certain products or certain products may be excluded from the offer. Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase Gift Cards. We reserve the right to modify or cancel discount codes at any time.
We reserve the right to cancel any order we suspect to be a case of fraud and have systems like 3DS 2.0 in place for fraud detection to protect both us and you.
Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping partners & Shipping fee
Orders placed on our website will be delivered using one of our international courier partners and their third party partners around the world. All available courier options will be displayed for you to choose from at checkout. The shipping fee will also be displayed at checkout and may vary depending on courier, service and destination.
- Order dispatch
Orders placed on our website are dispatched from our warehouse in Malmo, Sweden during our operating hours (Monday - Friday between 8.00am – 5.00pm CET/CEST). We reserve the right to dispatch orders on a different schedule during Swedish bank holidays and during the holiday season and do not guarantee that orders will be dispatched every day during these periods.
- Delivery time
Orders placed on our website have an average delivery time of 2-6 business days using our standard delivery services. We won’t be liable to you for any delay in delivering any products if the delay is due to acts of civil commotion, riots, malicious damage, adverse weather conditions, floods, drought, fire, epidemic, pandemic, legislation, failure of ISP or telecommunications provider or any other cause beyond our reasonable control. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- Error & Damage
Orders placed on our website have a satisfaction guarantee. If you’ve received incorrect or damaged items please reach out to our dedicated Customer service team immediately for assistance. The error must be reported to Customer service no longer than 5 days after the order has been received. Issues reported later may not be taken into consideration.
- Incorrect order information
Orders placed on our website using incorrect information may be returned to our office in which case we have the right to charge the customer for shipping both ways.
- Product Details & Images
All sizes and dimensions of products as indicated on our site are approximate but we make every effort to make sure they are as accurate as possible.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of the images that appear on our site. However, the color you see will depend on your device, we can’t guarantee that the display on your device of any color will accurately reflect the color of the product on delivery.
We make every effort to show the correct information on all products and reserve the right to change any information without notice in case the product is changed or incorrect information was displayed previously.
Returns & Cancellation
- Our return policy
We want you to be totally psyched about the product(s) you purchase from our website. If at any point within 30 days of receiving your order, you’re not 100% satisfied, you may return it to us for a refund.
The product(s) must be in unaltered condition, with the original hangtags still attached. The product(s) must not have been used and the product must be returned in the same way as when you received it.
The customer is liable for the return shipping. When the return is refunded the original shipping fee will also be refunded.
To make an exchange we require you to return the product you no longer want to keep through our return policy and then place a new order for the item you want instead. Your shipping fee from the initial order will also be refunded in the return.
- Cancelling an order
The order may be cancelled until it’s shipped form our warehouse in which the order can no longer be cancelled. To receive a refund from your order after the shipment has left our warehouse the order must be returned to us using our return policy.
